Voidly Labs, a trade name of Void Platforms LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), values your privacy and is committed to complying with applicable privacy laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights.
#1. Children’s Privacy
The services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

We may collect the following categories of personal information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). For each category, we disclose whether we collect it, examples, the sources, purposes of use, and whether we share or disclose it.

If you are located in the EU or UK, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:

Legitimate Interests: to improve our services, ensure security, and prevent fraud, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights.

#5. How We Share Information
We may disclose information to:
Service Providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers, email delivery services, security and monitoring providers).
Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe), which independently collect card data and handle billing on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers.
Affiliates (e.g., entities under common ownership or control, if any).
Professional Advisors (e.g., our accountants, lawyers, and other representatives).
Legal Authorities, when required by law.
Business Successors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or other transactions.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide opt-out rights as required by law.
#6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use limited cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Services, including for authentication, session management, and security purposes. These technologies enable core functionality such as maintaining user sessions and protecting accounts.
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, cross-context behavioral tracking, or third-party marketing. We collect aggregate usage data through a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool that does not track users across sites and does not share data with third parties.
Some limited information may be stored locally in your browser (such as session identifiers) to support authentication and account access.
Because we only use essential cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner.
#7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is deleted within a reasonable period after account closure. Operational logs and backups may be retained for limited periods for security and reliability purposes. Billing and transaction records may be retained for longer periods (typically up to seven years) to comply with tax, accounting, and audit obligations.
Simulation artifacts (including job inputs, outputs, reports, and logs) are retained for a defined period (currently 30 days from job completion). Distribution of those URLs is the responsibility of the account holder. Artifacts are permanently deleted upon expiration of the retention window.
#8. International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses and UK equivalents).
#9. Your Rights
Under GDPR (EU/UK): you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent.
Under CCPA/CPRA (California): you may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, opt out of sale or sharing (not currently applicable), and limit use of sensitive data (not currently applicable). You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Other US states: residents of other US states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have similar rights (such as access, correction, and deletion), which we will honor as required by law.

Response timelines:
EU/UK: within one month (extendable to three months for complex requests).
California: within 45 days (extendable to 90 days).

#10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
#11. Other Notices
Third-party links: Our service may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Relationship to Other Agreements: Your use of the services is also governed by our Terms of Service.
#12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email.
